Clothes should be brought according to the time of travelling. Warm clothes like pullover, warm outer wear, jackets and coats are necessary for a stay during the Paraguayan winter months from May until October. From November until April/May are more summer clothes recommended. Bathing-suits and -trunks, shorts and T-Shirt for leisure time at the pool as well as pairs of jeans and shirts for round trips and farm visits are suitable.

There is mainly sunshine in Paraguay, but from November until May it is likely to rain once a week cats and dogs. Therefore should you also put walking shoes, rain clothes and/or umbrella in your luggage.

In the northern parts around Chaco it is always some degrees warmer and in the very far south cooler.
